1-on-1 Programs
Live your best life! We are promoting preventive care. At the center of medicine is the patient.
Treating the patient as a whole person is the core of Lifestyle Medicine.
By ignoring the root causes of disease and neglecting to prioritize lifestyle measures for prevention, the medical community is placing people at harm. Advanced nations, influenced by a Western lifestyle, are in the midst of a health crisis, resulting largely from poor lifestyle choices. Epidemiologic, ecologic, and interventional studies have repeatedly indicated that most chronic illnesses, including cardiovascular disease, cancer, and type 2 diabetes, are the result of lifestyles fueled by poor nutrition and physical inactivity.
In the conventional health care, the focus is primarily placed on the physical aspect of a person. In order to be most effective the mental, emotional, social, environmental, and spiritual domains of a patient’s life need to be assess and understood. Gathering a complete, whole-person history requires more time than the traditional 15-minute patient encounter. This additional information allows for a more complete understanding and approach to each patient. Furthermore, the number of conditions that can be treated with Lifestyle Medicine is huge and encompasses the vast majority of diseases that are prevalent today.
One-on-one visits are a time to meet with Dr. Baila Nicoleta or Dr. Baila Radu.
Your first 30 minutes consultation is free (BOOK NOW) and it will give us the possibility to know each other, to discuss about your lifestyle and to introduce you to our organization.
This is follow up by regular consultations during which we will discuss your medical history and present concerns, review labs, develop meal-plans, and set achievable goals and priorities based on your readiness to change your lifestyle. Individualized recommendations regarding lifestyle habits, mind-body practices, are prescribed during this time. We are offering an evidence-based health and wellness program to help you change behaviors over time resulting in a sustainable healthy lifestyle. This personalized approach targets 6 core components: nutrition, exercise, substance abuse, stress management, sleep, and relationship.

Wellness Membership
We are offering a low monthly price. There will be no surprise costs. No contracts –so you can opt out at any time.
It requires each patient to pay a set fee every month, which covers defined primary lifestyle medicine services. A membership model creates more flexibility in treating patients and allows for more communication options (phone, text, email, or telemedicine), rather than only a traditional office visit. See our costs below. There are no bills to insurance, no insurance claims to be processed, just a monthly subscription paid directly to Lifestyle Medicine Options by the patient or the patient’s employer. That means there is no incentive to force patients into the office for an unnecessary face-to-face visit in person, when a webcam, phone call, or email exchange would do.

Shared Medical Appointments
Shared medical appointments offer an innovative, interactive approach to healthcare that brings patients with common needs together with one or more healthcare providers. While an individual appointment typically lasts 15 to 30 minutes, a shared appointment is 90 minutes long, allowing participants to spend more time with the healthcare team. The patients are seen together in a setting that encourages asking questions, and sharing concerns and experiences. Patients learn from the healthcare team and from each other in this environment.
The patients enjoy the opportunity to relate to other people who are dealing with similar health issues, share stories and ideas, learn from one another and truly create a bond. The shared medical appointments are particularly valuable to people dealing with chronic conditions like asthma, diabetes and hypertension. Additional being built around the patients it will focus on several specific health topic such as nutrition, sleep, exercise, smoking cessation and other addictions, stress, and many others!
During the shared visits, patients can also be seen in a private exam room for individualized care, as needed.
